Lectio

Note to readers:

Sometimes as I pray scripture I ask the Lord to speak to me through the reading. As I read I jot down words or phrases that pop off the page or seem to speak to me. Often I use these phraes as the starting point of my mediations or I look back at them at a later date and notice that over time there is some word from God that I need to hear. These are recent phrases from praying the Liturgy of the Hours.

From May 2: "He commissioned us to preach." "forgiveness of sins" "Being sactified"
